The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was right opposite a busy pub, and the Warren Street tube station was just two minutes away. The hotel facilities were quite good, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I found the room to bevery comfy and tidy.

The hotel is in a great location for the tube, making it easy to get around. The staff are extremely helpful. The room is clean and comfortable with a functional eating/seating area. The beds are comfortable and there is a mini fridge for storing snacks and drinks. The hotel is well-positioned for visiting the areas we wanted to see.
Felt so much at home, no complaints at all.

We loved staying at this hotel. Its location is perfect, right next to a tube station and within walking distance of the train station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always happy to help with any request. The room was spacious and came with many amenities like tea and coffee facilities and a flat-screen tv, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of dishes to choose from.

Well located with easy walking distance to Oxford Street shopping, Soho entertainment, and Euston and King's Cross transport links. Close to British Museum, theatres, and parks.
My wife says that the hotel could improve by offering more kids' activities.

The rooms are like a cozy oasis with amazing mattresses, top-notch bedding, and plush pillows. The contemporary bathrooms and REN Clean Skincare products make it feel like a mini spa retreat. I'm someone who really values a good night's sleep and I was not disappointed at all.
I'd say it's better to avoid rooms at the front of the hotel and the 5th floor, but that’s just me.

I chose this hotel for a congress due to its contemporary style and compact 24-hour fitness centre. The 24-hour front desk and 11 meeting rooms, accommodating 2-150 people, were convenient for business needs. The hotel provided all necessary multimedia support for business presentations.
One service I missed for my work was a reliable and efficient room service option for when I needed to work late into the night.

The impressive bar with a curved pewter counter and contrasting materials was a delightful surprise. The prime cut of County Antrim steak served alongside fresh lobster was a mouthwatering experience. It felt like being at a posh dinner party, but with the comfort of being in a hotel.
